What are the best aspects of this product?

I give this a five because it is so easy to use and it integrates well with our practice management system. It is also Meaningful use certified and MIPS certified. Job is way easier and more efficient with Practice Fusion.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They started to charge this year for their services. This is a bit of a bummer. It is sometimes hard to meet MIPS requirements for Health Information Exchange because they have a limited number of physicians that report electronically.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The integration with Kareo is a plus. They automatically submit your data to MIPS.
