What are the best aspects of this product?
Other EHR software are pretty confusing. Practice Fusion is not like them at all. It keeps everything organized in an easy-to-understand manner. The user interface is so intuitive that there is really not much training required. The software is pretty basic but it gets everything done. I also love how there were four necessary documentation sections (SOAP note).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Very seldom, the software crashes and leaves us hanging. These episodes could last around 5 minutes and sometimes even reach 2 hours.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows us to properly document medical information fast.
