What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how I can create my own forms and use pre-made templates by the program or community members. My current practice is small but Practice Fusion helps me build it and I can incorporate new techniques and services as I go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite annoying when the dashboard prompts me to add imaging centers, labs, and pharmacies. When I started, I already informed the software that I will not need these. I may use them in the future but the prompts are quite annoying.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it to keep accurate electronic records. In two of my practices, I don't really need this but as a practicing chiropractor, I still must comply. This is even though without accepting insurance. The software helps me with compliance with government regulations with Medicare and other insurance agencies.
