I like how it is well organized. We can pull up pertinent information easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that they add a duplication identification feature. Sometimes, people input duplicates and this makes it hard to find the accurate and complete one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our practice was made more organized. Keeping everything under one centralized platform has so many benefits to list down.
