The program is easy to use. It can be learned all by yourself. Also, the customer service is top-notch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they can add more extra fields. There are notes that may not be important to most but for my case, I'd like to add more information.

I use it to confirm appointments via email. I also use it to answer questions from patients.
