What are the best aspects of this product?

It organizes our information in one single database.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The messaging function is not great. It is also hard to navigate in the software. One time I closed one screen but I apparently made it "hidden" instead. Also, there are times when it is hard to find things within "tasks".

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Patient records are all in one place. We also use it for inter-office communication and collaboration.
