What are the best aspects of this product?

The template options are the bomb. It makes everything easy for me. I can even customize it to have the right options in them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have started charging a monthly. I'm not a fan of this at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Information is securely stored so if I log off, I'm sure that anyone after me would not miss anything.
