I like how we can use pre-made macros. Also, it allows us to use free text.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It kind of lacks some capabilities for upcoding of more complicated visits.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Handwritten notes are many times illegible. With Fusion, we don't anymore.
