What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the e-scripting module. It allows us to add new medications and pharmacies instantly. The notes are also very organized. You can switch from one patient to the other without a hitch. I also like the autosaving feature. It safeguards our data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I sometimes experience some slowness, especially when prescribing controlled substances. It requires me to enter a VIP access code many times. I have to do this around two or more times because the program freezes. They don't send through. Also, you cannot edit notes for mental health. An add-on will surely improve this already amazing software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

E-prescribing for controlled substances. This online EMR can be accessed wherever I am. Helps me save time and respond quickly to patients' needs.
