So much better than many paid systems out there

What are the best aspects of this product?

PF makes notetaking easy. Overall, the user interface is just a breeze. I have used many solutions for EMR in my practice and many of them cost around $500 per provider every month. But PF trumps them all when it comes to ease of use. Many of them lack critical features as well. On top of all that, PF is free!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There may be some features that I would like PF to add but they are not a deal-breaker. PF is still my favorite.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Makes my medical records secure and easily accessible via the web.
