What are the best aspects of this product?
I do scheduling and the confirmation/copay section for patient check-in/out is just wonderful. I can easily confirm reminder calls. Also, as I can save insurance information, I do not have to go through different databases to check. The general layout is well-designed. I totally recommend it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If blocked time can appear in the appointment list and if we can scan and upload insurance card, I'd give Practice Fusion a 5.5!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has made us more efficient. Our new hires training become so much easier. We are a startup company and we have a lot of room to grow. Practice Fusion helps us go to the right direction.
