What are the best aspects of this product?

It is well organized and makes everything easy to find. I also love how I can easily create templates under every subheading for my notes on clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is really no dedicate space for a complete CCA. This is something that we are working on. Also, it seems a little clunky at times when you move between clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to maintain our notes. It makes us more efficient.
