What are the best aspects of this product?
It's super simple to use and it feels like it's been built specifically for accountants. I love it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Hard to make it any easier than what it already is.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More things I could track on the analytics dashboard. Right now we run our whole firm through the platfrom. But anymore insights we could get about our firm would be amazing.

We\\\'ve now combined 3 different processes into one. Practice Ignition is a game changer.
