What are the best aspects of this product?

PracticePanther is smooth to use platform that is also easy to learn, as long as you’d put enough focus and time on it. This software is specifically helpful for managing payments, and it also suits our emailing system without a problem. PracticePanther also has a vibrant support community that provides relentless help to us. For example, they determine how long we take to complete each case, so they can gauge if we are making the most out of the software or not. As a result, we have established some bonds with the guys in the support community.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I notice that the technical team of PracticePanther often set aside implementing minor changes on the platform. Some of those changes could have been useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PracticePanther has solved many of our issues when it comes to handling payments and cases. We can easily determine the location of each case, especially that we can pull information from anywhere in the world through online means. As a result, we keep our office and operations accurately in sync with any case at any given time.
