This platform carries all features that we need for our management job, such as handling issues, managing clients, keeping records of cases, scheduling and payment management among many others. PracticePanther has great user support that genuinely listens to queries and suggestions too. Say, you have a good idea for a new feature, they’d consider it for improving the platform. Then, you’d probably see it on the next updates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can’t figure out how to use a small URL format for mailsync in this platform. Although, I feel I just need to learn how to pull it off by following the tutorial guide.
