What are the best aspects of this product?

PracticePanther is a CRM tool that meets many of our demands. It can manage billing and payments with great proficiency that it also allows clients to complete their payments through online means. PracticePanther also handles our contacts well, and it has convenient accessibility through the cloud.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool didn’t work with QuickBooks Online. We experience doubling deposits in QuickBooks which is a big hassle to address. Although we think this is an issue with QuickBooks instead of PracticePanther, we still decided to terminate the connection between the two platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PracticePanther acts as an all in one portal for all tasks that concern with our clients. It works really great, but we haven’t enjoyed the most benefits of PracticePanther yet. We hope to fully optimize its functions soon.
