What are the best aspects of this product?

PracticePanther is an excellent platform with accurate and reliable accounting features. It performs well as a CRM tool too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool doesn’t work well with Gmail. You need to pull VCC and codes from PracticePanther each time you send an email, which is inconvenient in my workflow. That is why I am not using it with PracticePanther today. I also find handling contacts quite cumbersome because the platform doesn’t load contacts accordingly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PracticePanther is a great accounting solution that we use today. All processes are easier; from saving payment info to generating invoices. All processes are secured and accurate with PracticePanther as well.
