Yes, it demands your time and attention, but PracticePanther is an easy to use tool that is far better than other practice management platforms. First, it is useful for neatly storing all cases, and they can be updated on real-time basis as well. Also, it is terrific for handling billing and emailing. PracticePanther is excellent when it comes to assuring great experience among users too. Say, they always keep in track with the length of time we consume for each case to see if we’re maximizing the use of the tool. And oh, the people in the support team are also great and professional.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
With more than a couple of years using PracticePanther, I noticed that the right improvements and fixes can largely boost this tool. PracticePanther is functional, but it needs some more features to be complete such as one for sales management. Its calendaring feature also needs some work to become more convenient to use. Moreover, I wish its developers would start considering some minor changes to improve PracticePanther.
