PracticePanther is a cloud-based tool. That makes it super-efficient for a law service business since it is easy to access from anywhere.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I notice a problem when creating a template. The created output remains stored in the local computer where it’s made, and it doesn’t become available online.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One problem I’m trying to solve on PracticePanther is adding calls. Such a window doesn’t carry a list of contacts that I can conveniently open. That is why I need to jot down or memorize a contact detail to add an entry into the call. Or, open the PracticePanther window to retrieve contact info.
