We used some other platforms before, but it didn’t satisfy some of our essential needs. PracticePanther has easily fulfilled all our demands because it is an all-around platform. It has excellent time tracking features that help us easily monitor consumed, billed and paid time. Moreover, it boasts seamless payment options for our clients such as a built-in credit card manager.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

PracticePanther cannot distinguish the cost difference between paralegals and lawyers. It is a pricy platform too.
