What are the best aspects of this product?

*PractiTest is a very intuitive and user-friendly system.
*The filters and custom fields mechanism is brilliant and super helpful in the data organization process that is crucial for every QA department.
*The PractiTest system provides full traceability between requirements, test cases and defects that eventually help the documentation process and visibility of the project.
*Best customer support team ever!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting options can be improved. We are using the reports module quiet often and it will be nice to have graphs and charts on our reports. We already requested this to be added, and as far as I know, they are planning on adding it soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using PractiTest, we used Microsoft Excel fo test management and Jira for keeping track of our bugs. Our testing process became much faster and the visibility with stakeholders much better when we started using PractiTest integrated with Jira.
