What are the best aspects of this product?
Unlike other EHR solutions available in the market today, Praxis gives users an ability to generate, customize, and share files and reports according to their style. I find this way more efficient. I can finish tasks faster. Documentation of simple to complicated cases has become more effective, faster, and more accurate. Also, it reduces bill processing turnaround and you can be sure you meet the Meaningful Use Documentation standard.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They do not offer a free trial which means you won't get a chance to try the platform first to see whether it fits your needs or not. Second, their speech recognition tool comes with an additional cost. The same thing goes for cloud access and adding new users. Also, their support is only free to use for a year. After that, we have to pay for it. Third, there's no patient self-pay portal and waitlist feature. The platform can only be utilized for cash only purposes.

It has helped with the billing. We've experienced improvements in efficiency in terms of third party reimbursements and billing.
