What are the best aspects of this product?
It was very quick and easy to install, and the whole process was supported by a dedicated customer service representative, who went above and beyond explaining the software and set it up the best possible way for our client.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Can't say anything negative, the A/B testing clearly proved the ROI after the first month.
