What are the best aspects of this product?
Simple interface, fast, powerful and superb customer service - the fastest I have ever seen!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have requested a few tweaks to the interface, mainly drop-downs so we know why type of customer booked.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Some reporting to be more advanced but it is way better (and overall) than our old system, RMS.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Easier interface for property managers, allow group bookings to occur online / self-service
