What are the best aspects of this product?

I feel Prezi is relatively simple to utilize. I love the wide range of templates available. It's an intuitive software that makes things easy to arrange for visually appealing presentations. Its canvas zoom and rotation is awesome. It has the ability to export pdf/portable Prezi from the cloud.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When using its "free" mode, your presentations are made available to the public. It's better off to go for the paid version to ensure you get the privacy you needs for data. At times, the saved files in their cloud can't be spotted after downloading them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I finally stopped relying on PowerPoint for presentation since Prezi is way cooler. It's easy to handle and it's blazing fast in setting up a presentation. It's an excellent piece of software, really. Your presentations end up looking cool!
