A really good tool for engaging the audience.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to Prezi, you now have the ability to make awesome presentations that gives you an edge compared to what other people are making. I like how you can zoom in to certain items you're disussing. And I like how you can easily zoom out when moving on the next topic. You're doing your job walking people through what you're presenting to them. Animations were never overwhelming and it helps engage your audience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't consider this tool to be user-friendly. Building animations is a big pain. In addition, making zoom-in and zoom-out effects has been challenging since if you want to conceal certain items until you zoom in, you'll either include an action to a specific object to get it to show up. Or put the object at a very high level, so when you zoom out, you won't be able to see it. They could use additional transitions and animations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been using Prezi to resolve issues in getting people engaged and be active in my presentations. I've been trying to find ways to make presentations with a movie-like theme. That way, they can be viewed without me being there while giving the viewer an engaging experience and receiving info in a consistent manner. Prezi has been decent in gaining the attention of audience while captivating them at the same time. It's really easy to make and share presentations.
