What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a lot simpler to use compared to PowerPoint and other methods of presentation. It gives room for creativity. Presentations made are more captivating and engages the people you're presenting to. Hosting slideshows online can easily be done. The free version works just fine and has some essentials worth exploring.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I don't like with Prezi is not being able to work offline (on its free software version). The option can only be used in higher plans. I just wish they'd bring it over on the free version. Aside from that, there's nothing else to complain.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes room for captivating presentations. It's able to do this to get the attention of an audience. The presentation gives us a chance to present info that we want to carry out. At the same time, it shows our creative side and let's us do way more compared to other presentation programs.
