What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to operate and easy to get around. I prefer this tool over PowerPoint. I'm able to create attractive presentations. I love how simple it is to navigate and be able to access all people. Prezi is very helpful for those who want to map out marketing strategy and thoughts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing that I don't like with Prezi. But if there's one thing I'd recommend, it would be having more templates in their library. Another thing that needs improvement is having the ability to upload images to any presentation. I've tried incorporating videos to my presentations before. So far, I rarely had any issues with them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's really simple to make attractive presentations. Prezi is encouraging users to use their creative juices. They aslo support teams in the creation of presentations and interactions.
