This is a terrible product.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's user friendly in that it's easy to learn quickly how to do something very basic.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The look and options are amateur. I'm not sure how this is better than power point. The customer service is practically non-existent. If you want access to your presentations outside of prezi you have to pay the premium pricing which is ridiculously high. The standard pricing is already far too high for what you get.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would never consider using this product in future, my experience has been so bad.
