PriMus IFC is an easy-to-use and efficient Building Information Modeling quantity takeoff and construction estimating solution that enables building professionals to automatically generate bills of quantities and cost estimates from BIM models and 3D CAD files. This BIM quantity takeoff software supports the IFC or Industry Foundation Classes, the global standard data model and file format used in the building industry to define, share, and exchange data across software applications. They can export them in various file formats such as Excel .XLSX, Word .DOCX, and PriMus .DCF. They can do this if they want to add new data and information to the estimates they have prepared.
