PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how Priority seems to understand how to help its users and what their companies need. They offer several options that are flexible in terms of adjusting to whatever their users need, and it's presented in the simplest way possible. Priority also has a great support team. They're responsive and prompt in answering concerns. I think Priority is so good that I even recommended it to my previous company, who is now closely considering possibilities on using the software for their own needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to have a simpler, more intuitive UX that we didn't have to reinstall when it gets uninstalled for some strange reason.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to have everyone in our team on board in terms of using Priority because it's so easy to use and offers great functions that enabled us to do our jobs better. It was the same with my previous job.
