What are the best aspects of this product?

This VPN provides great security and doesn't store user data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't reconnect immediately and I didn't know it was not working. Oftentimes, you need to restart it to reconnect. More websites are refusing PIA domains, but this is evidence of a huge attempt to attack user's private information and that many VPN vendor servers made it on the list.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Research even when the origin location search could limit the content.
