What are the best aspects of this product?
For a non-technical guy I got to put it up quickly by following the installation video tutorials. The site also has an extensive FAQs for trouble-shooting and rich documentation on the features, but not knowing much about SOCKS proxies, etc, I didn’t try browsing through the knowledge base.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I submitted a ticket for the heck of it and didn’t get a reply.
