What are the best aspects of this product?
This VPN platform allows our staff to tweak our IP address when browsing the web and evaluating our website across regions. We have introduced the PIA VPN into our program to assess global connectivity, check CDN network distribution and speed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
PIA VPN often stops working on Linux devices, so we've created a custom daemon to manage connection problems. Also, controlling the expiry and notification is a bit challenging and we couldn't monitor it through the app. However, we're still satisfied with Private Internet Access.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows us to mask the VPN and browse privately. It also helps us quality check the site all over regions.
