VPN data is truly anonymous, and PIA does not hold your usage details. The VPN is the main service but it also includes proxy access through manually placed settings or using a plugin.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The icon is funny and the webpage is as not as user-friendly as the other businesses of the same market. This isn't the perfect VPN for less technical people, but it's nice for someone with know-how.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Gaining access to sites and data blocked by regions, building private links on public networks, and evade the spying of private data by internet service providers. After using it, I noticed how strong the connection is. It's reliable and fast enough to even stream videos.
