What are the best aspects of this product?

Private Internet Access allows users to surf the web behind a protected VPN. I like that they have a native Linux client that's also very easy to use which only a few VPN providers offer. Changing to other regions was easy and when the system is not using a VPN, it automatically disables the connection with their kill switch feature. I especially like it as it means users are safe from unintended DNS leak. It can also block ads and tracks that you can disable anytime. Several encryption settings allow you to balance between security and speed. PIA even picks the best VPN server for you depending on PING and gives you an alternative to use SOCKS proxy. But most of all, it's very affordable and is worth the value.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that Private Internet Access lets you connect to other locations' streaming sites.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides a security solution for me. It gives me a sense of safety especially when I'm using public wifi.
