The software runs on most of the OS and is easy to install and use. This has many contact points across the globe that you can use. It's really convenient when I travel and use the untrusted network.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing, and I've been using it for a very long time now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Whenever I need to connect to an unprotected network, whether I'm out or on travel but I have to work, PIA never failed to do its task and it's efficient too.
