What are the best aspects of this product?

We discovered Proclaim on the web and used it. I can say that it is by far the most reliable presentation solution available in the market. It comes with an intuitive interface and well-designed slide elements. We can integrate a Bible verse(s) on slides by just writing the texts. Musical letters can also be presented using the mobile app. Cloud storing is also available to keep your presentations safe. Additionally, you can record services and share them with others who haven’t attended the mass.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our problem doesn’t lie on the software itself, but in the situation when a guest speaker brings his own PowerPoint presentation on a USB drive. With this, we need to transfer and convert the file to images so they can be used. But if some of the parts of slides or texts were cut off or deleted during the importing and converting process, that’s when we face big problems. The process took so much of our time.

It is also integrated with the popular online solutions that make creating presentations faster and easier. With Proclaim, we don’t need to scramble around big files on a USB drive or email them to your team. They can be stored in the cloud.
