I don't have to look farther than Procore because it has all the tools we need to get a comprehensive look into issues effortlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It may take a while for a new user to maximize every tool and feature especially the contract, budget, and change order management functions. However, once you know your way around them, they become powerful allies in project management.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Procore has been saving us plenty of time, such as when it comes to drawing estimates based on the jobs we have currently. This is making us competitive when it comes to the costs of our services and it is also helping us become cost efficient in our projects.
