Great system for our department

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s user-friendly solution that allows me to deploy it for projects of all sizes and the product works great regardless the size of the project. The set up of the product is straightforward and it requires little training for admins. Also, I like that we can implement custom workflows and reporting tools into the system and this is great because we can meintain business processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The changes of the software requires special person to focus on how the changes impact current configurations because updates are difficult to follow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to improve construction process efficiencies within our offices and we are improving communication and collaboration we have with each other.
