What are the best aspects of this product?
We have to offices at our company that are located in two different locations, one is in LA and the other office is in Hawaii, Procore helps us to connect those two offices and to keep track of projects and to share important insights and documents with each others. We are using it to issue Contracts, Sub-contracts and change orders. We are able to provide our clients with all their plans, contracts and contact information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The online video demonstration is some what complicated and not intuitive at all and they are not very stimulating to watch. There is lot of material to learn about this system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to manage and upload plans in one place and to make the drawing edits available for others. Other users can make changes and we get automatic email notification about the changes that have been made. Our clients get reminders about answering RFIs.
