What are the best aspects of this product?
You can sign up today, without any experience in the industry. Kind of like Procore.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Hire people with ACTUAL construction experience. The senior vp of product development has NEVER worked in construction! How does that make sense? Like all SAAS, once you let them in they won’t go away. $$$$ for the life of your business.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Full integration with all CRM systems. And no more nickle and dime approach! This ceo needs to stuff his pockets or what?
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. Had to retrain the entire staff and it took months to implement. The sales team was always too busy to schedule trainings and the free trainings on their site are awful. I can think of 20 things I would do differently. For starters quit hiring stoners and surfers from Santa Barbara and Ventura.
