What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is user friendly, easy to learn and customizable so it can meet our needs. It provides perfect customer service with friendly team that is always willing to help. We can easily develop platform so we can navigate large project drawing books immediatelly, to compare drawing revisions and to leave notes on the drawings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is pricy solution especially for small construction companies. Its OCR has some troubles when reading “handwriting “ fonts and this slows down the uploading process of the drawing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves us lot of time in sorting drawings and specifications, in compiling drawing notations and it helps us to compare drawing revisions and to confirm which revision is the most recent.
