What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the organization and tracking construction docs, RFI’s, features for tracking submittals, drawing tools, trade contact information that is based on the projects. With the scheduling I can easily track delays through change orders. The support team is always available and they are always willing to answer any questions via phone or live chat.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The accounting system for Canada needs some improvements. The GST needs line within the budget so it can be processed and they could make it as automatic calculation. In addition, they could make the reports customizable.

We make sure that the trades and engineers are maintaining dates that were being missed.
