PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Th best aspects...I would name video quality is number one. The second would e their support service. Impeccable. Great guys.
Third would be.....ease of use, yes. I marked it just before I went to write this. I think interface is great and very simple to understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a couple issues when loading the files prior to the conference, but it resolved itself after I refreshed the page.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Oh.. I would love to see their corporate solution, I think I'm gonna suggest it to my boss then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Yes, we were able to chat with video. All of us Many people. No quality loss. Everyone could see me well and heard me good and clear. Oh, and the guys that were out of town could connect no problem. I liked that.
