What are the best aspects of this product?
When it comes to setting up the system, it is easy. Employees find it easy to use, which saves the time and effort of training them. The tool records the time and sends reports for each task making it convenient to monitor the progress of each activity within the project. Project managers and team leaders can access the software in different levels, which allows for prioritization of tasks in the project. It also gives way to subcontractor and client access which is an add-on.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The timesheet integration with project activities is not efficient. There are issues when it comes to entering project activities in the timesheet and thus may require improving. The tool is limited in terms of mobile compatibility as there are few mobile apps which could come in handy to improve its function.

We are able to handle multiple projects with numerous activities and users per project with ease. The issue of projects not being able to meet the deadline or delays is eliminated as we are able to prioritize tasks and deliver on time. It allows us to sort out activities by projects or employees or clients and generate reports on the go. We can also export data with ease for efficiency.
