Misleading Billing and Rude Service

What are the best aspects of this product?

Not a bad interface despite obvious bugs. Video turned out fairly well, but was a whole minute shorter than the actual edit. Needs work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Horrendous billing policy - misleading people into paying a whole year upfront. And then incredibly rude service trying to get it rectified.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Full functionality as promised.
