What are the best aspects of this product?
One of our biggest issues during the past was finding ways to make our work faster and more efficient. That is why we took the time to do some research and free trials of several introduced apps. After several failed attempts, we finally discovered Prontoforms. It helped increase our output and decrease productivity issues that have been going on for years. I have to admit that shifting into a paperless work environment wasn't easy at first. It took us months to adjust from using the old paper forms to digitalized versions. Eventually, all employees were able to grasp the concept and applied it to their daily processes. The majority of our clients are now more satisfied because we found a better way to collate information and present it in a way that would easily be understood.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you want to experience all the product's premium features, it is expected to pay more each month. Also, I have observed that not all built-in features are user friendly. It once took me a while to search for the documentation on how to get started with some of the features. After that time, I'd instead call support and seek real-time assistance.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One of the best benefits that this product has brought to us is working fast and smart every day. Because of Prontoforms, we were able to increase our service and conversation rates by fifty percent during the first and second quarters.
