What are the best aspects of this product?
I was amazed at how easy it is to build online forms for business purposes with the help of Prontoforms. No matter how easy or complicated the forms are, it can be done in less than an hour, contributing to the improvement of our current processes by more than a hundred percent. Gathering of data and processing its input from the backend can be done in a fraction of time. I would also like to commend the staff behind Prontoforms because of their dedication to providing us assistance despite this pandemic season. I love how the product works, and I will recommend this to other companies who would like to automate their tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If there is something that this product needs to work on, I think that would be their reporting features. As much as we would like to maximize its usage to get all the real-time data that we need, unfortunately, we cannot achieve this writing. I inquired about this. The people in charge of Pronto told me that they are currently finding a way to bridge the gap between reporting vs. data collection. The process may take some time to figure out, so I guess that we have no choice but to keep waiting for updates. Another thing is that they need to improve the content of their FAQ portion to get more answers whenever we are facing some challenges with the product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's a big help in managing our company assets by keeping track of all the essential information to ensure that it remains in excellent condition. Staff can report non-working assets right away, so a technician will be dispatched on-site on the subsequent working days.
