What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the reasons we decided to pursue our subscription with this tool is the excellent feedback we got from other companies. Upon installation, I knew that it wouldn't be difficult for the team to learn and transition into Prontoforms because of its easy functionality. We have launched hundreds of forms to make our tasks a lot easier and provide better service to our external clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do have some questions that need answers from the Pronto development team. Hopefully, some of my suggestions will be taken into consideration soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Prontoforms provided us with long-term solutions to most of our business problems like time management, overtime, employee burnout, and misplaced records. Although we are spending extra each month for user access. I prefer paying than wasting too much time manually encoding essential information into the spreadsheet and database. That's also impractical and time-consuming coming from a business standpoint. With Prontoforms, we are confident that we can deliver more to our clients.
